Sr Mary is a Poor Servant of the Mother of God, a Religious congregation founded by Mother Magdalen Taylor in London in 1869. Originally from Ireland, she joined the Congregation after attending their boarding school in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork. Mary’s ministry has been in primary, special needs and education management. More recently she has had experience as a member of the Chaplaincy team of the British Army based in Germany. On her return to England Mary studied at St Mary’s University, Twickenham graduating in 2007 with an MA in Pastoral Theology.
Sr Mary is Chaplain to London Metropolitan University. Her vast experience, enthusiasm and love of youth and life enables her to meet people where they are and find God in their lives. |
